Who we are: TradeMastery.com, DaytradingUniversity.com and affiliated sites in our network are subsidiaries of Marketing Jazz, LLC, an educational publisher of trading courses and subscription services for active traders. We are a sole proprietorship fully owned by Ken Calhoun. We are located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA with a mailing address of: Ken Calhoun, PO Box 63405, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80920.

By using our products and services, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your personal data for processing as described in this privacy notice.

The Information We Collect
When you opt-in to our email newsletter, or order from us, we and/or our aweber.com, paypal.com, 1shoppingcart.com, authorize.net, createspace.com, shopify.com, zendesk.com and gotowebinar.com providers collect your email address & other information you provide to us. For our membership sites and services, we also track your IP address(es) & geolocation data to prevent unauthorized password sharing. These sites and services include the www.chartscans.com alerts service, swingscans.com, tradingtheopen.com, forexvideos, smallcapscans, downloadable courses and other services. We also collect your shipping/mail address/phone information that is provided by you during your ordering process.

How We Use the Information
We use your infornation to provide the service or prouct you have requested or ordered. Also, once you provide us with your email address via the opt-in link and/or by ordering, or participating in one of our webinars, you will receive periodic complimentary emails, updates and promotions related to our TradeMastery/Daytrading University network of trading sites. We use your IP address & geolocation information with our security script to detect and prevent multiple IP addresses/password sharing. Your physical mail address may be used for periodic print promotions that we send out.

When we disclose personal information
Also if you participate in our online gotowebinar.com events and/or purchase products or services that we co-develop with others, your information that you provide during the order and/or registration process may be shared with our co-presenters, and you may be contacted by those webinar co-presenters and/or those that we have co-produced content with.

Collection of Information by Third-Party Sites: www.paypal.com, createspace.com, authorize.net, 1shoppingcart.com, shopify.com, zendesk.com and gotowebinar.com and partner sites

Some of our sites contain links to other sites whose information practices may be different than ours. Visitors should consult the other sites' privacy notices as we have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.

For example, if you buy products and/or services from us, our credit card processors, paypal and/or regsoft.com or createspace.com/customflix.com, will collect information from you. They have individual privacy policies applying to their businesses that you are encouraged to review as well, prior to releasing any information to them, since their privacy policies vary from ours. If you register for educational partner events, they have their own privacy policies.
